It is a sacrament and holy occasion.  For the luxury edition, there is a novena, a convoy, tribute, flowers epitaph, music, novena, and light  refreshment after interment

They are now compulsory to be paired and bundled with  plot purchase

Important notice:

1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and to availability of inventories   Prices refer only to certain select lots and not to prime super prime and  premium location

2. Prices are inclusive of  VAT, Memorial Care Fund, Insurance (life and personal accident) during the paying period.  Memorial Care Fund is good only for 25 years lot owners shall be assessed thereafter.

3.  The price is exclusive of transfer fee of P800.00 (as of the time this was written) and interment fee.

4. Certain plots  (select promo plots) are to be sold only on compulsory bundling meaning plots + interment service.

5.  Assignment of plots (use of a deceased third party) requires an assignment fee of P1,000.00 per body.

6.  Only 2 bone remains can included in the fresh body interment; thereafter a fee of P2,000.00 per bone remains shall be charged.  Only a maximum of 5 names may be included in the marker.

7.  Investment certificate/certificate of ownership shall be issued after a maximum of 6 months after full payment.  Take care of your certificates because a re issuance will cost the lot buyer.

8.  Interments shall be allowed only after full payment of the  balance of the plot and the interment service which shall be completed 3 days prior to interment date.

9.  Plots under amortization are subject to forfeitures within a period of 90 days after the account fall into arrears.   The customers are issued a one time Statement of  Account upon purchase  as a reminder for regular payment of the account.

10.  Plots with zero interest shall be subject to 12% interest per annum and 4% penralty compounded if the plots ICR falls into arrears.
