   4.  Scheduling       Maximum of 4 day time, and 4 at night time (covid);  night ime is charged +  20%   (1 hour cremation and 1 hour rest and disinfection)

      Schedule shall be maintained;   surcharge of 20% shall be charged for delays or rescheduling.

  Commissions:

  1.  No commission for tie up with munisipyo

  2.  No more commission to funeral homes

       3.  Agents          5%

      4.  CMO  1.5%    for  period of one year 

          JT      1.5%    for a period of one year from start of operations
